Coping through the holidays

It seems the holidays are just around the corner. I was wondering if anyone has any tips on dealing with all the food that is all around you the month of December. Once December hits, everyday someone in my office will bring homemade treats also, all the parties I have to attend. There is a lot of stress during the holidays and food have always help me cope.

I will be banded Nov. 7th and I alway like to plan ahead. If anyone have any tips..Thanks :help:

Run into the doctor after your 6 week check up and get a fill. That will help a little bit. In the meantime, you may want to make sure or bring vegies with Ranch dressing with you or something healthy. It may be difficult if you don't have restriction.
