My doctor tole me to wait until I was a month out before taking my vitamins, so I'm ready to start taking them. I got the chewable multivitamins, but calcium citrate in pill form. I didn't realize how big the Calcium citrate pills were, they're longer than the multivitamins I was taking before surgery. Can I have these? How long out until you all started taking the calcium pills?
