I get hiccups when full as well.

I have heard red hair is actually common in people with vitamin D deficiency and as people age - it happens noticeably in India where they usually would have dark hair and it grows in red.

Oh that's interesting! I had vitamin D deficiency for years and years and it's finally now normal thanks to crazy amounts of supplementation. I wonder if it finally caught up with me!

I burp when im getting full. It's like i can almost feel my stomach making room.

I’ve heard about the nose running and sneezing lol! Is it a sign your full? Should you stop eating then or does it happen from the beginning?

What surgery did you have?

When I'm lying down I can feel a weird bump at my diaphragm, between the ribs. I don't know if it's always been there and I just haven't felt it for so long or something new!!! I also think that my pee smells funny/different. Hmmmm

I am 5 weeks post surgery with the sleeve. I do not feel full - I burp, sneeze and my nose runs. That is my new full - when I burp put the fork down...

Please god. Don’t leave me with a big nose and earlobes!!!

You're probably in ketosis. I couldn't stand the smell of my urine the first few months. Now that my weight loss has slowed down, it's more tolerable. I guess that's a bad thing.

Kept asking my husband " Give me your hand... feel this". "what the hell is this" It was my new exposed bones that I had not seen or felt in quite some time.

The weight that I held in my face no longer smoothed out the wrinkles and age lines.

I thought all women were an hourglass shape. I found that my bone structure is an inverted triangle. Wide shoulders and narrow hips.

I had made a mattress impression from my high weight. As I shrunk I could no longer sleep comfortable. Bought a new mattress. I was still having back pain...My husband suggested a chiropractor (never been to one) He took X rays. I had to laugh, I had scoliosis and never realized it until I lost weight...
