That my diet now adds up to only 850 to 1350 calories per day and that I simply peter out a lot earlier.

On top of my seven to eight-and-a-half hours regular sleep, I seem to need a further 1.5 to 2.5 hours of daytime naps.

It's not a negative ... but I do work for 2 to 4 hours four days per week and I have have three evenings where I am locked in to long-term social activity groups.

I try to get a late-morning or post-lunch siesta to maintain my afternoon and evening focus.

I sneeze if I eat too much ?

Haven't had my surgery yet but my mother had a bypass 14 years ago and to this day if she eats a bit much her nose runs and she sneezes.

I get hiccups and burp from the first bite and runny nose. Also now everything is VERY flavorful (sweet is gross). Eating is a chore vs I used to think about food all the time. Now it's something I have to do.
