Butt Pains?

I can not for the life of me explain it, so I thought maybe someone else experienced it and it was caused by _____..

Sunday morning I woke up, and my ENTIRE BUTT and back of my thighs feel like I fell down a flight of stairs. They are so bruised and sore. If I even TOUCH my butt it hurts. Sitting on the toilet hurts, sitting at my desk hurts, etc.

I did not do anything special (or exercise) on Saturday, so this makes no sense to me. We did a lot of cleaning, but I do that every weekend.

The ONLY thing I could possibly think of, is that I rolled onto the remote in my sleep.. but I can't believe it would cause that big of an area to be hurt (it's every inch of these 2 places).

I joked husband must have done something to me in our sleep that night..

But I am honestly clueless as to why this has happened. Today it is still bruised and sore.

I'm taking my Vitamins and Protein.
