Passed Out a few Seconds - dumping syndrome?

I had a rich dinner that I should have avoided that was too many carbs. 30 mins later I started to get fuzzy vision and black out / faint. No diarrhea or vomiting (that said, I'd had diarrhea earlier and had taken Imodium). Has anyone on here ever passed out / blacked out bc of dumping syndrome? I also had the sweats.

I haven't blacked out but sugar alcohol ( something in sugar free sweeteners) makes me dizzy and I sways and I get the sweats- I have felt like I was going to pass out though .
I hope you don't get it again!
