How much are you working out if you don't mind me asking? Also, how many times a day are you eating? I think I was eating way to often if though it was almost all Protein to the point I did not want to eat anymore. I have cut back on my eating and I am feeling better have lost 5lbs since stall.

I was sleeved 8/3. I am down 17 pounds from 275 to 258 (I'm
5'7", age 39). I have no idea how that is in comparison, but I imagine everyone is vastly different. All of the sudden today after picking blackberries with my family, I feel crazy weak and tired. Almost weepy--like I just feel like crying. Sorry, went off on unrelated info there, I'm thrilled about 17 pounds, but feel very off today.

I have those days, too.

I'm 10 days out. 226 day of surgery and 212 this morning. Was 242 when I started this journey for my revision in March. I'm still in liquid phase though until week 5, then purée which understandably will slow the loss a bit.

I am also 10 days out today. Ironic because I started at 225 and I weighed 212 on the scale today too. Lol!

I just got release to start my work outs but I was walking 30 minutes a day. As far as diet, most days I still have at least 1 Protein Shake. I have been really diligent about eating my Protein first. I have "slipped" a couple times with trying to have some ice cream (sweets were totally my thing) but every time I end up feeling so sick, even to the point of throwing up once. So I've really almost cut out sweets completely since they make me feel awful. I usually only drink Water since crystal light seems to give me heart burn and so does coffee (both which almost make me sad lol).

I lost 20 pounds just from my pre-surgery diet which started on Aug. 8th. Then after my surgery on Aug. 16th I gained like 10 lbs while in the hospital from all the IV fluids. That's all gone now and I'm down 27 lbs from my starting weight on Aug. 8th.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
