This guy looks like a fool, but he is actually very knowledgeable and incredibly strong:

He's also pretty funny. That being said, he reiterates several points I have made on here and thought you guys might get a chuckle as well as some insights.

Been trying to load it. Guess I've got to get home and do it on wifi. But I managed to watch one video about the "spot reducing". Lol. Drives me bonkers when people really think they can spot reduce their bodies. His explaining was funny for sure.

I just want to shave his beard down. 😊

God, I know, right?! He actually has a video explaining why he has the beard. Because he can. He was a Marine for a long while and they have strict rules about it. It's pretty much the same reason my dad has had a beard for the last 30 years, because he wasn't allowed to have it in the military.

Still hate those big ugly face curtains.

My husband has the beard too. I wouldn't mind it if he just tamed it down to his face, but it's all bushy like. Cannot stand it. My dad was in the military too. I haven't seen him with a clean shave in years either. Lol

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
