    It isn't nearly as bad as you are likely making it out to be in your mind. I did the same thing, and I was blown away at how much easier it was than I thought it was going to be.

    I understand. I was the same way. There was no calming me down in the 2 weeks or so leading up to surgery. Just do the best to relax as much as you can. Before you know it, you'll be on the other
