Thanks guys, I'm still in shock too to be honest, my eating in the main is quite structured - lean meats, eggs, cheese vegetables, pickles, yoghurt. I do Protein supplements too because I'm in the gym a lot and do have a piece of protein cookie for Breakfast before the first session of the day. It's still pretty new to me, I've only been here for a few weeks so I'm still learning the rules in some ways but hopefully I can maintain this sort of weight now ? I now need to concentrate on my next surgical adventure to be arranged for later this year.

I hope you guys see the success you are working hard for and deserve soon, the feeling is so awesome both physically and emotionally x
