    Started my pre-op diet January 17th. Starting weight was 251 and I am happy to say that I am currently at 219. I am in the soft food/ puree stage. Much better than liquids!

    Not food, but Soup, popsicles, and I tried cream of wheat..all acceptable on my plan, but I am in pain everytime I try anything. Water just makes me feel full all the time Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

    Gas and shoulder pain are expected....they pump your abdomen full of air and it takes awhile for it to get out..air travels up so referred pain in your shoulders is also common Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
