I feel that I have lost weight like I was suppose to. I’m a little upset with myself though, I fell off the wagon around September and have been trying to pull myself out of it. I moved and somehow that made my whole weightloss track spiral. I’m scared I’ll gain weight back, I’m scared I stretched my stomach, I feel so fat right now. I know maybe some of it is mental.
My hospital stay at Umass was amazing! My whole surgery team was and I would def do it again. They were a blessing
maintinaing by diet was so easy for the first 4 months and then slowly at around October is when my path started to slip. I have recently bounced back and working out harder and eating better. Hopefully I didn’t screw myself.
