    Exactly what Vee said. It will pass I'm on day 12 today and believe I felt like you. But now I feel totally normal. Just waiting for 2 weeks to hot so I can get off liquids. That is hard in my eyes.

Gas and shoulder pain are expected....they pump your abdomen full of air and it takes awhile for it to get out..air travels up so referred pain in your shoulders is also common

I had and still have this pain but I had a herina repaired with surgery so I thought it was just because of that.

I'm three weeks post op but I definitely remember how rough the first few days are. I promise you things get better everyday and it will pass. Best of luck with everything!
