    I had my surgery on Jan 20th 2017. I was extremely scared and even asked myself.. is this really necessary... I was telling myself.. I can do this without surgery... but then I realized that is what I have been telling myself my whole life... and it just wasnt working out. I needed a tool to help me stick to it..
