I am in the same boat! I just posted the same problem before I seen your post. We had surgery the same day and I am only down 34lbs. I share your frustration! Sent from my iPhone using the Bariatr

I am now 2 months post op as of 11/29/2016 and I feel like a failure. I am only 37 lbs down. I was 350 lbs on surgery date and I am now 313, but I feel like I should have lost more at this point. I feel like I keep stalling a regular basis.
What am I not doing right? I work out four times a week at the gym for an hour. I always get my daily Protein and Water requirements. I take all of my Multivitamins and calcium supplements.
I always consume between 700-800 calories yet my weight loss seems stalled or really slow. I feel like I am not where I should be weight wise two months out. I hate feeling discouraged. Any advice?
