How are you doing?

I'm fine. I started at 324, started a 1200 Cal diet preoperative and walked 2 miles a day 5* a week. I had surgery at 289. I had an ulcer at 18 months out. I have been as low as 137, ( too low) but I stabilized around 180. I did gain some back to be at 215, but am back loosing again. I'm currently 200 even. I hope to go back to 180-170 range.

I am from Mass no surgery date as of yet. See him Dec 1.. so hopefully then I get a date..
