So I am 8 days post op and I'm really struggling! I feel like a failure, I can't get my Water in... I don't want to eat, but hungry at the same time... so when I do eat I feel nauseous. I keep reading stories of people trying new foods and throwing up and it's really scaring me because I don't want a life of vomiting all the time. I'm feeling a lot of regret.... just not in a good place mentally right now. Tomorrow is my first post op appointment and I'm scared of what the doctor is going to say about not getting my water in. I know I am dehydrated.... it's been a struggle since I left the hospital. The only positive thing out of this so far is that I've lost 22lbs. Please just tell me it gets easier!! I broke down in tears earlier out of complete frustration... this is really hard!
