Pre op prep

Hi everyone,

I have my surgery on Feb 1st I'm so ready for the new me. I just went shopping earlier I got a few different high Protein broths, SF Jello and pudding, SF popsicles, Premier Protein, SF Torani syrups, propel, food scale and idk what else I should get

Any ideas on what I might be missing?

Belly band. Wrap it tight. It has really helped me when getting up and down. I am 7 days post op

I suggest getting a couple of Water bottles with measurements printed on the side. That way you'll know exactly how much water you've had. Also, don't buy too much Protein right now. It's often the case that the Protein Shakes you liked before your op taste terrible afterward.

I believe our doctor provides it. But it doesn't hurt to get an extra just in case.

Yea I only bought 2 cases from costco but it's okay my husband has them for Breakfast either way. I think I'm gonna check out GNC I heard they have single serving packets for many brands

I got them at Walmart they're called Pacific they're organic too. I got the bone, veggie, and chicken flavors.

No problem

I know target and vons(Safeway) has some good ones too it just takes a little looking around. I get excited every time I go shopping and I see things I can incorporate into my diet
