Can you have a few sips of Water to take Vitamins then eat or do you still need to wait 30 minutes after taking the sips?

I take my Vitamins like a regular person. I don't take mine with food, I have them between meals.

If you think vitamins might make you ill, then I would take them 20 minutes after done eating.

@@2Tuffproc You don't want to have other things in your stomach when you eat your little meals, so either take them after you eat or in between meals.
