I have blue Cross had to wait 6 months. I have completed all the requirements you stated. I go Friday for my 7 th visit. Then it gets submitted to insurance for approval then I get my date.

Yes, I have Aetna insurance and I had to go through a 4 month program but it went fast. I started in February 2016 when I went to the information session then 2 weeks later I started the program. My surgery was August 29, 2016.
