    I take Tylenol gelcaps. My surgeon said as long as they are smaller than the diameter of a pencil eraser they are fine to swallow whole.

    Just be sure it's Tylenol and not ibuprofen! You might even try Children's Tylenol liquid if the tabs don't help.
