Calcium Patches: Carbonate and not Citrate

The only reason Calcium Citrate is what many surgeons or doctors recommend is that it's the best form of Calcium - when ingested into your digestive system. Our patches bypass the digestive system so there's no benefit of using Calcium Citrate!

I don't know much about it. I'm curious to know if the vitamin patches work. So you know anything about them?

Actually I just asked a medical person who said this makes sense. The Patches work but you will have to keep up on them more than if you had the citrate.

@SpiritedOne. I do not know much about them. I am currently using chewable Centrum as a Multi-Vitamin, but would love to use these Calcium Patches. My Dr. does not recommend any Patches though. Many folks here on the forum use them and love them and their blood work has come back fine.
