Medications with Applesauce - UGH

Is there a better alternative? It's horrible. BITTER. This is the worst part for me.

do you still need to take them with applesauce? I was able to take everything in pill form when I got home from the hospital, with the exception of Ursodial - I think I had to wait a couple of weeks before I could handle that one

I'm almost 2 weeks post-op. The Ursodiol and my Blood Pressure medicine taste awful.

Maybe try it in yogurt? I really don't know what else you could use. After my RNY I was still on Potassium and those pills are HUGE, so the DR put me on liquid Potassium!! YUK Did I just say YUK? Oh my goodness it was so bad that I stopped taking them!!

shedo82773. Thank you. I tried the yogurt and it is sooo much better and even has protein! I can't wait to get off all these medications.

I still take mine with applesauce. 11 weeks out. I've tried yogurt and pudding which are ok, but I always go back to applesauce.
