Sleeve on 18th

Hi fellow sleevers. I had surgery on 18th & today had the first feeling of being full on liquids. Boy did it not feel good. I didn't drink that much... Had a jello cup, some water & a smoothie for dinner. I tried to take my regular medicine & was too full to get my pills swallowed without pain. Any suggestion on knowing you're getting close to being full before the pain & burping?

Also, when does the extra gas they pumped into my stomach go away? It's not comfortable at all.
