What multivitamins is everyone taking???

Im haveing a hard time with the chewables is there any gummy ones out there??

I was just placed on Bariatric Advantage dissolvable capsules. They break down in your throat - you can't feel it. Also a Calcium citrate chew.

My surgeon recommends two Flintstone brand vitamins a day. I know others disagree with this, but I am going to take them until I get my first set of labs at 6 weeks and again at 12 weeks to see how my stats are.

I take 3 Tums a day for Calcium and 1 Flinstone Vitamin per day. Per my Surgeon he recommended these after surgery and said i can stay on them.

I found something for anyone that needs iron- was advised not to crush tabs. At walgreens.. found liquid Iron packs, 28ct.. for a little over 30 bucks after tax.
