  17. I'm 20 days out and I just switched to soft Wednesday. Luckily I have no pain when I eat or really any pain at all. I'm even able to eat toast but have to really chew it all up. You will get there! HW: 360 SW: 323 CW: 296 RNY: 10.31.2016

  23. If you had to lose any weight pre op than you should be fine. My doctor said the liver isn't going to shrink that much more in 2 weeks than it has with the dieting beforehand RNY Surgery 10.31.2016
  24. Tomorrow is my week since surgery and it's been really hard. Stay up on ur pain medicines and anti nausea meds after surgery. I didn't and couldn't keep anything down and was forced to stay another night. I slept most of the time in there and so I also couldn't keep up on my fluids. So try ur best at that too. Good luck!!
