Ok my doctor said I needed to take Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D chewable so I tried it today. Omg so nasty tasting and it says 2 twice a day at 14carbs total. Has anyone tried anything that taste ok and with less carbs?

Mine is Walgreens brand and it's just 2 regular pills I swallow twice a day.

The BEST Calcium Citrate chewable is below. It literally taste like a red Starburst! I got mine on Amazon!

I take the calcium citrate pills from costco. Two in the morning and he in the evening. They work just fine and they have Vitamin D included.

Me to with the chews. Now my nutritionist did tell me for this moment, curtain gummies are ok. Thats why i hate the fact that these dr are not all on 1 page. Some tell you this where so.e tell you something else. Like the pre op diet. I had to fast for 14 days of just liquids, and broth and Protein, nothing else by mouth, nothing.

Calcium carbonate is in most of the chewy brands be sure to check the labels ensure it is calcium citrate.

I found the Costco pills to big, I have the petite version. I also take liquid calcium citrate or wafers.

Mine has to be citrate as well
