Mine told me the Kirkland chews at Costco are well liked, relatively cheap and to take two a day 500mg a piece. One with lunch and one with dinner as tge gastric juiced from eating will help break them down and don't take them near the multivitamin

I am on all gummies. I was never told any different. Wonder if it makes a difference in absorption.

My NUT told me that most gummies do not have all of full nutrition value as regular or chewables to create that gummy consistency and taste like Flintstones gummy Vitamins dont contain the needed Iron and I believe she said most gummies don't contain the iron we need which is why they don't recommend them
