Taking crushed pills - any advice

Hi all. I was sleeved 10/14. Feeling relatively well. I am really struggling with getting crushed meds down. I get nauseous and lose any little appetite i have. I can't switch all to night.

Any tricks or tips to make this better. Thanks in advance.

  • Applesauce may help and last night I tried with lemon noosa yogurt and it was really tolerable. Someone else said sugar free cool whip, make a hole in it and then put your crushed meds in and take one

I was also sleeved on 10/14. I couldn't take the liquids it made me nauseous. I tried crushing in applesauce. That was a little better. My doctor told me a couple of days ago to just swallow them one at a time. Most of the time that works, but a couple of times felt like it got caught. Just sipped a lot of liquids. Hope you feel better. I have ups and down days.
