How long do they hurt for?

I am one week post-op today, and mine aren't giving me any more issues. In fact, they told me to take off the strips today and I went to the tanning bed. I just have 2 little cut-looking marks on my chest and 1 on the inside of my belly button.

Just be careful guys. I didn't have a whole lot of pain either after the first few days and then I did too much and felt like I pulled an internal stitch out and it hurt for two days. I am three weeks out today and I was feeling good and just did too much. So even if they aren't bothering you, you should take it easy.

I am 12 days out and one of mine is killer painful the last few days. I'm hoping that goes away soon!

I'm on week one after surgery and two of my cuts hurt like hell omg!!! Excruciating pain.

Mine started to itch badly about 2 1/2 weeks post-op. It went away after about a week.

I did too much yesterday and an incision is sore too. Ice helps a bit.

It hurts to get out of bed but I have to walk.

Is that the incision where they removed the stomach? I know my surgeon said that's the one that hurts more than any of them.

I think anyone having extreme pain say 7-10 days post op your incisions shouldn't bother you that much, however if you get the leaking syndrome that could cause a lot of pain. Maybe just get checked out

Mine hurt until about day 7, then itched until about day 14. I'm at day 15 and for the first time, they don't really bother me anymore.

I have five incisions too. I am 9 days post op and they still hurt.
