  2. I was super nauseous too after surgery and the nausea meds they put in my IV didn't help. The first night was really bad and one of my nurses stayed with me and did breathing techniques to get me through until I could fall asleep. Try some deep breathing! It will get better!   4. Im 16 days post op and I struggle to get my 64 ounces in as well. The hardest part for me is not drinking a half an hour before and after eating. As the days go by I can drink more and more though. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  6. I am a teacher and I went back to work exactly one week post op. I was a little weak the first two days but I did it. I am now almost two weeks post op and I feel almost 100%. There's not much heavy lifting here though. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  7. I checked my blood pressure at Walmart just now and it was perfect. I am gonna see my GP this week for a checkup. The doc on call said it was most likely dehydration and not taking Vitamins, which I can't tolerate the ones I have. So I just bought some Centrum minty chewable vitamins and we'll see how that goes.   11. I was allowed eggs on day 8 post op either scrambled or hard boiled cut up into very small pieces with something to moisten it. I was so excited to do it and I only had about three bites before the eggs were cold and I was full lol. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
