When could you eat fish post-op?

@@Nerdgrl I had fish at 3 weeks but the fish you listed I wouldn't consider soft. You want something white and flaky. Salmon is dense, I rarely if ever eat it. Tuna is dense and can be hard to diges

I've found it so interesting how VSG post-op plans vary from surgeon to surgeon. Obviously, the best option is always to follow the plan that you're prescribed, but I'm curious - at what point could you start eating soft fish (canned tuna, salmon, etc)?
