what is a stomach spasm from? feels so weird!

I thought the spasms was gas. I have them quiet often if I don't sip my Water and go for a gulp.

at the time i wrote this i thought it was a stomach spasm but now looking back i don't think it was... things just take some time to get used to... i had my surgery in march.. i feel amazing but it took a long time and sometimes i still have my "moments"

Having an emotional breakdown today. Was sleeved 4th Oct. something tells me this won't be my first and only one. I'm counting down the days until I can have puréed foods now.
