Did all of you continue your walking when you got home? 15-20 min x 4 times a day? I just can't believe how much pain I am in still.

I started out walking for 5min 4xs a day...the increased it to 10min 4xs per day....and so on. That helped me without as much pain. I just slowly increased my activity as I felt better. No over doing it.

My one big incision still hurts, my sleeve done on 9/27. I walk everyday, keep track with my Fitbit. I try to add 1,000 steps per day. I go back to work on Monday so trying to get my stamina up.
