    Hi there. This may have been posted somewhere but I can't find exactly what I'm looking for. Anyways, I'm wondering how long each of you were on your liquid diet prior to surgery for? As well, how much weight did you lose during this time period? I was put on a 5 week liquid diet. I'm on week 4 and have lost 14.7 lbs. It doesn't seem like enough to me. I'm stressing over it so much. I did have a couple cheats during the last 4 weeks so I'm sure that plays a factor. I have lost inches in my waist as well. Any input is so appreciated. TIA!!   7. Diarrhea during liquid diet

    Hey guys! I have been reading around for a while but this is my first post. I am wondering if anyone else has been having this issue? I'm suppose to have 5 ensures per day and after each one I have diarrhea. It's been like this for 5 days now. I'm just so annoyed by it and feel like it's probably not great for my body.
