Quest BBQ Protein chips are very good, they make you feel like you are cheating..lol about 21 gram protein and 140 or 170 cal...you can get them at Wal-Mart;)

You can chew up chips into a very small, but calorie dense, mouthful. Foods like that should be avoided entirely, because your sleeve will not stop you from overeating them.
