  1. I agree with all prior comments..I've lost 125 lbs since July 13, 2016. I drink nothing carbonated. I did try a sip at Christmas. It hurt and made me feel weird. Do crystal light. Forget soda if you can. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

  11. low fat buttermilk is a wonderful source of protein and they sell it in the little pints now. Some people don't like the taste of it but I do.
  12. Hi ALL:) I am 9 months out and have lost 99 lbs!!! My question is I have hit a stall at 177 lbs. (down from 275). I'm looking at what I'm eating and wondering if I may be eating too many carbs. For example, I do eat a couple handfuls of pretzels like every other day, and sometimes a piece of toast. Mainly though my diet consists of veggies and fruit, string cheese, and deli slices, greek yogurt, light Soups. Any ideas? Have a great day!!!

  20. Sw:275 Cw: 185 I'm eating very healthy foods..no carbonation, no alcohol, veggies, minimal meat. Im.not losing weight nearly at the rate I was. I do have a larger apetite but it's still pretty small. My question is if I go to absolutely no carbs do you think I could lost it faster? Is it normal for weight loss to be slower at 7 months?? Thanks for your responses!! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G925A using the BariatricPal App
  21. I have anxiety and bipolar 2. I wasn't cleared right away bc my psychiatrist didn't have a history of working with bariatric patients. However he wrote a letter to them and I was cleared. The previous person's reply was possibly true that the weight could be a huge percent of the depression. I've lost almost 80 since my surgery in july and have cut back on meds. I'm sure you'll do great!!! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G925A using the BariatricPal App

  24. I would definitely talk to your surgeon if you're almost 6 months out. Perhaps he/she will have you do a barium swallow or endoscopy to make sure your anatomy is ok. Nah I don't think it's tht severe of an issue, but thanks! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G925A using the BariatricPal App
