V8, just the classic veggie juice, not the fruity ones. Nice and salty, especially when you're sick to death of fake sweet protein shakes!

low fat buttermilk is a wonderful source of protein and they sell it in the little pints now. Some people don't like the taste of it but I do.

Hot tea or decaf coffee.


I like the SF strawberry Fanta packets to put in bottle water. It is really sweet though. I bought some isopure, but that stuff was really hard to drink.
