  11. I am getting close to two years since my RNY and am so happy I made the life changing decision I did. I have PCOS and Auto Immune Thyroid disease. I lost a total of 93lbs and have maintained my weight for the past year. I have not gained back one pound. I just want to share to give encouragement to anyone that needs it! Keep going, plan your meals and know that you got this! Start Weight - 250lbs Current Weight - 157lbs Height - 5’5
  12. I am 41 yrs old Surgery date was July 13 2016. My highest weight was 250 and I am 5'5. I am now 161 and a size 8/10. I have no skin issues and feel great. Stick with it. I have not gained back one pound and have followed everything to the letter. Having the RNY was the best thing I have done for my health!
  13. Thank you! I had my surgery at St Joseph's through Healtheast with Dr Kelly. I had no complications whatsoever!

  26. I had to read your post again because I thought it was mine. I did great on the pre opp but now that I am six days out I have no appetite and am having a hard time getting in all my liquids and Protein. Puréed foods start tomorrow so I am hoping it will be easier. Good luck ... You are not alone Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  27. I am 6 days post opp and am feeling pretty good. I am off my narcotic pain meds and not too sore. I am just having a hard time drinking enough liquid and getting all of my Protein. It sits fine in my stomach I just have zero appetite! I hit 50 g of protein and about 45 oz of Water today but could not do any more. Does any one have any good tips on how to get through this? I have my post opp class tomorrow and go to my puréed foods so maybe that will be easier. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
