Should I?

I am going on vacation tomorrow to the UK for two weeks, my question is - Should I take my scale?! I know I may not eat what I am supposed to all the time, and may be drinking somewhat. I want to have fun, but I also don't want to fall off the bandwagon. Ideas/Suggestions?

We had this operation to be able to have a better more enjoyable life. You know by now what you need to do just trust your judgment the way you have done thus far. Don't stress with the scales have and awesome vacation you deserve it after all the hard work.

If you really must weigh yourself (you don't need to weigh daily, once a week or every two should be enough now for you) they might have a work out room with a scale in it.

If it is food you want to weigh, there are online charts that give you an estimate of a serving ("~3oz serving of chicken breast is ~ the size of a pack of playing cards", "15 grapes ~ the size of an incandescent light bulb") etc..

You should have a pretty good idea of the serving sizes by now to estimate while on vacation.

Have a great time and make sure you pack an incandescent light bulb, pack of playing cards, etc..... :)

@@madadams Boots is the best pharmacy on the planet! I go there every time I am in the UK.
