3 mths out

I wish I had known about this app before surgery. It would have been so helpful, but I can't complain about all the love & support I have received. It's great to know I'm not alone....I am 3 mths out and I must say- this was the best decision of my life. I'm still learning a lot as my body changes, but everything in life is a process- 6 weeks after my surgery I signed up @ a gym, and have been consistent ever since. I usually hit up the gym about 5 days a week- I have lost 66lbs in 3 mths! I have a long way to go to reach my goal weight, but I will get there! If I can be of help to anyone, I will be glad to answer any questions if I can!!

wow you're doing fantastic! Way to go with the gym! Do you mean you are 3 months out since you started losing pre-surgery? That's the only part I was confused about- it says sleeved on 5/17/16 and that's only a month ago.. 66 lbs is awesome- keep doing what you're doing because it's working great!
