  2. Prep session is when you and a small group meet at the hospital and the doc or his RN, the dietitian and nutrition give you information. And you basically talk for 2 hours about the process and what to expect and how to make your weight loss journey successful. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  7. I seem to. E having the same issue I'm two moths out and I can eat quite a bit of food. I think I have to constantly remind myself to slow down and allow my stomach to send messages to my brain saying that's enough and not eat until I feel full Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  8. Hey ppl I was sleeved on July 28 and wanted to know could I join your group. I'm interested in knowing how other ppl who were sleeved around the same time are doing with their progress. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  9. Hi everyone. So it's been almost two months since my VSG and I've lost 40 pounds. I hit a stall around the two week mark which stayed for about 3 weeks. Maybe I shouldn't call it a stall since during that time I lost inches but not weight. Anyway I'm curious to know how much can you eat in one sitting particularly and how long has it. Even since your surgery? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  13. It's been a week since my surgery and my progress has been great. However whenever I go out to the walk my heart starts racing and I have shortness of breath and I sweat a lot. My doctors office says it's because I need to get in all my Proteins and liquids so I've been doing that but I'm still have this problem. Has anyone else experienced shortness of breath or a racing heartbeat and how long did it last? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  16. I cut out any obvious sugars and caffeine months ago my BP when I was in the hospital was 130/76. Always along those lines. Now I'm starting to have blurry vision when I'm moving around the house and headaches. Although watered down G2 seems to help with the headaches. I'm a little worried, no one ever talked about this stuff Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
