Hey everyone! Do you remember what you drank? When did you start eating? I haven't eaten in 3 weeks and I'm legit hungry now. I had miso Soup today and that was good. chicken broth makes me gag and can't do beef at all. Can't do Isopure at all either. What else could I take in?

I am 10 days post op today. I had good luck with powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chicken Soup flavor. I am not a sweets fan, so this saltier liquid Protein worked well for me. It doesn't taste like broth at all to me. Tastes like soup. I also had a potato leek creamed soup that I added unflavored Protein. It was filling. Good luck!

I had my sleeve done on June 10...... I am so so hungry!!!! Is this normal? And,when I do eat I don't want to overdo it. I'm really confused on how my body should feel. Help

@@Km77942009 I can only speak about my own experience. I am not having any hunger pains. I do feel very weak at times. Just keep up with your ounces of liquid and Protein intake and try to follow your surgeon's directions. Hope it eases soon! Good luck!

I bought chicken noodle Soup and just sipped on the soup did not eat the noodles or chicken or veggies. I didn't start eating until cleared to go on soft foods. I found Starbucks mocha light Frappucino at CVS and would add a scoop of unflavored GENEPRO to it and sip on that, still drink it for Breakfast with a boiled egg
