Boston/ Massachusetts peeps! Looking for a group of sleevers in my area!

Hello! I was sleeved on April 13! I'm trying to get a group of Boston people together to hang out , talk, swap stories, progress, recipes, etc. I've found since I had my surgery that a lot of my friends have become distant and stopped including me in stuff because they think I can't eat or drink. This app is great and all, but I figured a group meeting together sort of like our own support group, would be great! We could plan outings and stuff like that?! If anyone is interested, let me know!! Thanks .... Dawn

Hi georgiegirl2014. Like you, my surgeon is Dr.Julie Kim, though Dr. Vossburg was in the OR, too. I really like them and liked the Mt. Auburn experience. Going to the support group tonight. Looks like you've done great! What's your experience been like?

From Boston! Incredible parade today. Having Surgery Mar 3 at Brigham's. Wondering if any of you had Dr. Ali Tavakkoli?
