MyFitnessPal: Aggregate Research

This is interesting. But, it shows how flawed it is to do this kind of research without complete information. It would be helpful information to know which users were following a supervised doctor's diet, were bariatric patients, and/or weight loss surgery patients.

I just read it, think the point is which we already know is fab diets don't work.... Healthy food choice do....I heard what your saying, having background on the person would help you....Irregardless of background eating what they are helped them lose weight....
