you should meet with a nutritionist and discuss what you can have post op. Every plan is different I was on liquids for two weeks, soft foods for two weeks, then all foods after that

For the clear phase, I really liked ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrates (they gave me some in the hospital), sugar-free Popsicles, sugar-free jello, crystal light/Mio drops, decaf tea, etc.

Getting my sleeve in Mexico on June 9th. What food items and vitamins should I have in my house for Post op preparation? I want to be prepared when I come home so that I won't have to run out to the store to shop. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
