  1. I am getting comments from others that I'm losing too much weight in my face. I'm starting to wrinke and I'm only two months post op. If you've lost too much weight in your face, what did you do about it? Did you do facial exercises, a facelift or something else? Please share. I don't like this. Thanks in advance!
  2. I love genopro flavorless Protein. One scoop equals 30 grams of protein. You can get it on Amazon.com. This is some amazing stuff!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. Hello: So I'm six weeks out of surgery and I'm experiencing bad acid reflux. Seems that everything I eat is coming back up in a foam form. Did anyone else experience this and what did you do for it. I've never had this problem before. What were you eating at 6 weeks post op. I'm wondering if I'm eating the wrong foods. I'm on solids now. Thanks in advance!
  4. Congratulations on your weight loss! Keep up to good work. I had a low BMI when I went in 6 weeks ago and had much less to lose. I started at 176 and I'm down to 155.4. I'm pleased with my progress and I'm no longer diabetic!!!

  16. Yes. I obtained a new doctor and NUT and am starting the full liquid stage today and am on protein! Yay!!! At the grocery store shopping now. They both agreed that 5 weeks of no Protein is dangerous! Thanks for thinking of me!!!
  17. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. It was Clear Liquids for two weeks, full liquids 2 weeks and the 5th week add a protein supplement.
  18. I would LOVE to know what studies show this. It is the first I have ever heard of anything like that. All the studies I have seen are about the importance of Protein. Yes I would love to see them too. However I'm not even going to bother. I found another NUT locally that I will be working with. I just cannot take the chance of not having protein for 5 weeks.
  19. Thank you so much for your support!! Will do!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
