I was wondering what all you vsg pals use as Protein supplements. I'm wanting something less volume than Protein shakes, but same value. I would prefer unflavored, and something that isn't ridiculously expensive.

Unflavored Syntrax is my go to.

I also love the Syntrax Naturals peach and orange are my favorite

Also Syntrax nectars...fruit flavored protein!!!

I got tired of the other two sweet Protein shake that I was drinking

I purchased Vanilla (yes flavored I know lol) Body Fortress whey protein from Walmart 60g protein in 2scoops and 380 calories for only $17.98.... In the hospital they gave me Beneprotien and I put it on everything from jello to my lemonade. You can taste it a bit but it was still good. I ordered some online am but still waiting for UPS to ship it. $15.99 for a small can

I love About Time Protein powder. It only has 5 or so ingredients in it and it takes delicious! I have tried Premier and a few others and those made me gag.

I love genopro flavorless Protein. One scoop equals 30 grams of protein. You can get it on Amazon.com. This is some amazing stuff!!!

I just picked up Isopure unflavored at GNC- WELL worth the money spent. No worries about getting my Protein now and I can focus on hydration!

I use unflavored Syntrax. It dissolves easy, does not have a strong odor, and was not very expensive. I use it in my coffee, mashed potatoes, soup, and sprinkled in yogurt.
