Same here except I only have to do all liquids tomorrow. It is very interesting all the different pre-opt diets and what they have you do and when. I am going to do liquids today also just to be safe. My surgery is at 9:45 am.

I am nervous but excited to see where this takes me.

I bought a few baractric cook books for my kindle. I know I'm going to be 2 weeks liquids and then 2 weeks purred.... I bought some baractric all in one Vitamin wafers and about 100$ worth of Protein on line....

Do you use my fitness pal? Its a great site for taking nutrients and calories.. It's a bit like face book for people trying to loose weight or get in shape.

I did almost the same thing. I am all stocked up for the post-op liquid phase. With all the Vitamins and crazy amounts of Protein.

I am on fitness pal. It is how I have been keeping track of how little I have been eating. It is funny it doesn't allow you to save or complete the day because of how little caloric intake I have. It never goes above 1000 and the app says that is not healthy. Least It keeps me honest and on track. Great tool though.

Well I'm home from hospital but feel like Crap... I may get 30oz of Water and mabey one Protein Drink down... My gut keeps spasing when I take more than two sips.

I do feel way better than yesterday! I'm hoping tomorrow I'll feel even better.

Hey Beme, I made it home just now. Feeling exactly the same way. Just trying to hydrate. I have yet to try a Protein shake. Saving that for later after I get my meds. Wife is getting them for me now. My stomach hurts also if I take more than 2 sips in a row. I have been just doing 2 sips every 10 minutes seems to be working. Can't wait for the ends of the week, when I am feeling much better. How is your activity level been? I am able to get up and walk around often without much trouble. Least that is one good thing so far.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
