I don't work for the company -- completely non-biased here. I just wanted to share with y'all that my 3 month labs came back with everything in the normal range after using the Patch MD transdermal Multivitamin the past 2 months instead of chewables. I take calcium chews and B12 shots. My Vitamin D was in the lower range of normal, so I'm going to supplement that separately, but it's actually gone up since the last time it was tested. Here's hoping my 6 month results hold steady. I'll post if they don't.

Thanks for sharing that. I am using the patch MD multivitamin patch, and haven't hit my followup labs yet, but have been feeling pretty good. My nutritionist wasn't keen on them, as she said "we don't have a lot of data on how they perform yet".. well that is one datapoint right there.

I still use the Patches and im 10 months out. I do the multi, Biotin, and the anti-aging patch. I love them and feel awesome. My labs have been spot on too.

awesome! I've been on them a couple weeks and not sure if it was just in my head but i feel better! i still take my Calcium chew and my B12 separately as well. my doc doesn't draw labs until 6 months out (I'm only three months out) so I've been curious about if they were working or not!!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Anyone had the TORe procedure? How did it go? How much weight did you loose?

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
